Creating a high-end saddle requires numerous stages carried out entirely by hand, each demanding exceptional attention to detail. Every premium saddle is assembled from more than 70 carefully prepared leather components, which are precisely cut, glued, and stitched together. This meticulous process takes approximately 35–40 hours of skilled craftsmanship to complete a single saddle.
